Follow the procedure given below to fix Canon Pixma TS8320 Offline issue:

  • On your Windows, go to the Start menu and navigate to the Control Panel window.
  • Select the Hardware and Sound options and click Printers.
  • Right-click on your printer and select the Use printer online option from the list.
  • The document/image may not be printed if any printing jobs are stuck in the queue.
  • Locate the printer icon on the Windows taskbar and double-click on it.
  • Select the Restart option from the Document menu.
  • On Windows 7, go to Devices and Printers from the Start menu and right-click on the printer icon and select the See what’s printing option from the drop-down list.
  • In the Canon Printer window, click the Printer tab and uncheck the Use Printer Offline option.
  • If the issue persists, check the printer connections.
  • If you have connected to the computer via a USB cable, remove it and fix it firmly.
  • If you are using the printer using a Wi-Fi network, check the wireless connections, whether the modem and wireless router are correctly connected.
  • Set your printer as the default printing source. Restart your computer and printer.
