  • The first step in the Canon Pixma TS8320 print setup is to check if your printer is turned ON. If it is not, turn it ON.
  • The second step is to load paper into your printer.
  • Next, open the setup screen of your printer driver. This action can be achieved in two ways
  • You can open the setup screen of your printer driver from your application software.
  • You can also open it by choosing the printer icon.
  • On the setup screen of your printer driver, click the Quick Setup tab.
  • You will find the Commonly Used Settings dialog box displayed on the screen. Make use of this dialog box to choose from your pre-determined print settings.

  • When you set the Paper Source, you have to select one of the choices from the drop-down list provided for the Paper Source field:
    • Automatically Select
    • Rear Tray
    • Cassette
  • Depending on the purpose of printing, your selection of one of the above options will vary. Similarly, the Paper Source settings might differ based on your paper size and type.
  • Finally, click the OK button. Using the settings you have chosen, your Canon Pixma TS8320 printer will now start printing.
  • Note that when you choose the Always Print with Current Settings option, the printer settings on your Quick Setup, Page Setup, and Main Tabs are saved. These settings will be used in consecutive printings.
  • In case you want to register the present settings, navigate to Commonly Used Settings and then click the Save button. You might encounter an error if the paper information registered on your printer are different from those in your printer driver.
  • If you want to check the available printer settings or apply your printer settings to the printer driver, click the Quick Setup tab and then select the Printer Media Information... option. In the dialog box that is displayed, specify the settings.
